Housing
The Housing department will handle your multiple-hotel housing needs with the state-of-the-art Passkey system. Passkey is in real time, allowing you to monitor your current pick-up, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Delegates can book their rooms on-line or over the phone. Acknowledgements of reservations processed by Passkey are automatically generated. They are immediately sent to an e-mail address or fax number if provided, or will be mailed the next business day.

Information Specialists
With your request and a peak room minimum fulfilled, the permanent desk stationed at the Sacramento Convention Center can be staffed by professional information specialists. The specialist can assist your delegates with information pertaining to Sacramento’s hotels, convention facilities, transportation, attractions and fine dining. In addition, we can set up an information table at a hotel site.

If trains are more to your liking, Amtrak makes frequent daily trips in and out of Sacramento from the Bay Area and Central Valley.
