Alison Kranz

Alison Kranz is the Assistant Calendar Editor for Sacramento´s online event website, Sacramento365.com, the year-round source for Sacramento events. She is responsible for compiling the Weekly Top 10 Events Newsletter (sign up by emailing support@sacramento365.com), writing Featured Artist Profiles and editing and posting content for the site. She also assists in implementing and executing marketing and promotional programs for Sacramento365.com.
Alison has a BA in History of Art from the University of California, Berkeley. After her graduation, she spent a year living and working in Oakland before deciding to return to Sacramento–her hometown–to pursue a career in her field of interest. Her internship with the Sacramento Metropolitan Arts Commission led to her current role with Sacramento365.com. Alison´s passion for the arts and her community coalesces perfectly with Sacramento365.com´s role as the premier arts and culture events website for Sacramento.
In her spare time, Alison enjoys going out to events and activities with friends and family and experiencing the wonderful opportunities Sacramento has to offer. You can often find her perusing vintage and thrift stores for fashionable and fund-friendly outfits, sipping a latte whilst reading a book in a café or simply strolling the streets of Sacramento, taking in our beautiful city (and occasionally taking a photograph or two).
